I have several of these frames and bought another one. The website said it was back ordered for 6 weeks and so I ordered it and moved on. It arrived in 3 days. Not sure what the problem with inventory is there.
The color match the older frames perfectly, no problem with "dye lots."
The frame is flawless and perfectly clean. No need to clean the glass or start picking up stray pieces of dust. I blew it off with a spray can of compressed air and mounted the picture. Easy to hang. Would buy more if needed.

This frame is quality construction and I will use it for years to come! I had one with a defective screw, but Board & Room sent me out a new one so that I would have it by the weekend since we were having a party at our house! I have been working on a gallery wall in my head for a year and it is now complete. It turned out beautiful and I love these frames! Don't be intimidated by how they assemble; if I can do it, anyone can!!!

I gave this frame 4 stars instead of 5 because of the effort required to get the backing off, the picture in and the backing back on. It's unnecessarily complicated and makes changing the picture a pain, rather than a fast in and out. It requires a screwdriver, and the directions are not clear, but I figured it out. Still, it's a frame, not a home improvement project, and should be simpler.

while stylish, the glass in these frames is about the cheapest, thinnest, (non tempered on top of that!) piece of glass you'll ever encounter. It is in fact DANGEROUS. I bought three of these frames in various sizes and though i was incredibly careful, all three pieces of glass broke either when attempting to open the frame, or when re-assembling them with the artwork. Very sharp jagged edges, and tons of small little shards resulted.... disappointing as well as a little unnerving. I spent the money to go to a local glass shop and put a quality piece of glass in them, but you should plan to spend an additional $30-60 per frame to put decent glass in them.

In order to insert the photo, you have to have a screwdriver and take the frame apart and then reassemble. It can be a little cumbersome. That is the only drawback.

Great frame. Well built. Getting the picture in and out can be a minor chore, but it shouldn't stop you from buying the frame. It looks great on the wall. Quality stuff.

I have bought many items from Room & Board. I love my dining room table and some of my side tables. Picture frames are ok, but not a concern due to the cost.
My bedroom dresser and side table were very poor quality, as well my couch has not held up.

I love the design of Room and Board and we are actually moving into a much larger house however I am concerned about longevity of your items.
