These frames are even better than I hoped. Solid, clean design and easy to install the art/photo. You need to remove the tension clips and loosen two screws to remove one side of the frame. They make my travel photos look professional. Very pleased with the purchase and went back for more.

I bought six of the 11x11 frames in silver. The price is high but the quality is excellent, and they are packed extremely well, wrapped in bubble, cardboard corner protectors, then taped into a specially designed suspended cardboard structure, then in a box that snugly fits the whole thing, then packed in yet another box. These are real metal frames, not the silver painted plastic of cheap frames. My only criticism is that the clips holding the mat in place are awkward, and you have to take the frame apart to put the picture in - both processes are easy enough once you figure it out.

I absolutely LOVE these frames! You pick your own picture and use these frames and you have a very expensive looking and unique art on your wall. The built quality is superior to any frame I got so far they look very minimalistic therefore very contemporary. I got 3 of the biggest size 11x14 and hung them next to each other. They get so much attention and compliments. I am so buying different sizes of these for different rooms.

Decent frames, matting is a huge plus - cons are that the whole thing must be taken apart in order to insert artwork/content -- caution while handling the glass, its extremely sharp and some of the edges are a bit jagged and splintered -- it only has one hook to hang from(centered on the back)
Once you get through assembly they look great up on the wall!

I purchased three of the silver 11x14 frames for the dining room and they look fantastic. I like that the border isn't too think and with the white mat, the colored prints look even better. The only con is at first it was difficult to add the picture, however, after the first was complete, the other two became easier. Of all the home furnishing stores out there, this is the best frame sold.

These frames are gorgeous! It's a little annoying to get the pictures into the frames but well worth the work. They looks amazing when hung and I get so many compliments on how beautifully they display our family photos.

I purchased this frame to use to frame a very special gift. It was hard to find frames this size 11x14 online. When I searched Room and Board's website and found the frame at a great price, I knew that it was a must get. The frame arrived on time and was tightly package. The directions for inserting a picture were very clear and easy to follow. The frame is sturdy and the picture looks amazing. The mat is also a very stark white that really makes the picture pop. I would definitely recommend.
