As other reviews have mentioned, the drawers have no great way of staying in place under the bed. It does make it a bit more difficult for my 4 yo to use them to access and put away her clothes. That being said, they are attractive with the bed and a good use of the space.

The pictures give the impression that the drawers are attached to the bed somehow, but they are not. The drawers are never in alignment.

Awesome, awesome capacity. I thought these (we bought two) would supplement a new dresser purchase for my two young kids but they actually fill virtually ALL their clothes. They're sleek and match the Riley bed perfectly. I would definitely recommend them.
However... because they're not connected to the bed frame and are shallower than the width of the bed, it's really hard to keep them neatly in place. They drift around under the bed on their rollers. Without handles or any sort of carved out grip they're difficult for an adult to pull up and align with the bed frame. The kids don't have a problem opening them, but neither do they open or close them neatly. We'll probably screw in wide handles and/or fix some sort of runner under the bed frame.

We bought 2 of these storage drawers to fit under our son's Twin Riley Bed. They are a perfect match in the Pacific Coast Maple and do a wonderful job of making clutter disappear. We preferred the 2 drawers vs. a trundle or single drawer because they can still be moved around even if there is a night table or other furniture right next to the bed. With space at a premium in a Manhattan apartment, this is a nicely finished solution that will grow with our son.
