I have the 84" in the stock camel leather and love it. It was an expensive purchase for me, but I have no regrets. The feel and look of the leather is great. I have dark wood floors and the dark legs make the couch look like it's floating.

Service and delivery comments:

The first sofa that was delivered had these dark striations on it. Customer service was very helpful in helping me determine that these were likely from scars to the animal's skin from barbed wire (admittedly, kind of creeped me out a little), but they agreed to deliver a new sofa for free. The delivery guys were super patient with letting me examine the second sofa to be sure I was fine with it. I kept the second sofa, but I have no doubt that if I had a problem with it, they would have taken it back. So, it was a process, but this was my first big purchase from R&B and after this customer service experience, I've been willing to buy other big purchases from R&B.

I fell in love with this sofa when I first saw it. I went back to the store several times and still loved looking at it. As a result, my brother bought it for me as our wedding gift. The only unfortunate dilemma is that it is not a sofa where you can lounge lazily with the entire family to watch TV. It is a very luxurious and comfortable sofa to entertain and sit on...but not to watch TV (it is hard to lean back). If you are those who want to lounge very lazily on a Saturday morning and watch TV with your two kids and the dog, this is not the sofa for you. However, if you prefer sofas to retain their shapes and are made with luxurious materials then this sofa is for you. Besides, being super lazy on the sofa is a little disgusting right?

We got a 78" Wells in Bourbon colored leather. Beautiful high quality leather, swatch was true to color of delivered sofa. Great size for a narrow Washington, DC, row house. Great tailored style for a room that has many functions. I know we will have this piece for many years to come.

I loved the look. after a very short time (used by 2 adults, the cushiones looked as if I used it for 20 years. I was uppset and called the store. I was told to change the cushiones every 2 weeks. really? for this price I expected a better quality and a better response.I have it now less then 1 year and it looks bad. I bought this to replace a couch that stood for 25 years and looked better then this and was cheaper as well.

We love the look of our Wells 101" three-cushion sofa which is in our formal living room decorated in mid-century style. However, this sofa is not at all comfortable if you sit on it for more than a few minutes. The cushions do not provide support and do not have much padding (body weight is not the issue as my wife and I both have very slight builds). Our previous sofa cost less than a third of what we paid for this sofa but it was far more comfortable. If you're not concerned with comfort, this is a very nice piece of furniture for a room decorated in mid-century style. However, I would not recommend it as your primary piece for sitting and watching TV or relaxing.

I like the colour in particular. The seating is soft. Leather takes marks easily but it gives it character. I have cats so i am particularly cautious when they want to jump on the sofa. But i like the modern imperfection of the leather.
