We are using 2 Amos swivel chairs in a creamy white leather fabric in our family room. They are my husbands favorite chair. They are wonderful in a smaller small with nice low, lean lines, that don't take up too much foot print.

We LOVE the chairs and get so many compliments on them! We purchased 2 of the chairs and use them in our small family room. We positioned them so people can swivel toward the fireplace, swivel the other way to watch t.v., or keep them positioned forward for conversation. They are extremely comfortable -- no problem sitting in them for an entire length of a movie. Surprisingly, they still offer enough support that it's easy for even an older person to get out of the chair.
Service and delivery comments:
I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call from room & board letting me know that they weren't completely happy with the way one of the cushions looked. They reordered an entire new chair for me and asked if I still wanted to use the "bad" one until the new chair arrived so that I wouldn't be put out in the meantime. Honestly, if they hadn't pointed out the cushion issue, I don't know how long it would have taken me to discover its unevenness. Delivery both times was great -- received phone calls approx. 1/2 hour before delivery letting me know they'd be there shortly.

My husband has wanted a barrel shaped chair that swivels for years. When I found the Amos on the Room & Board website, I thought that I had found the chair of his dreams. However, he is very fussy about comfort and so it wasn't until he had a chance to try it out in the store that I knew that we had found a winner.

These chairs are perfect in our smaller living room, we paired two of them with our Metro sofa and it's a great seating area. The leather is beautiful and they are comfortable to sit in. Also love that they are compact so that we can move them around. The swivel function is great when entertaining.
