The nightstand is really quite a lovely looking piece. The cabinet structure itself is very solid and has great lines.
I would have liked a piece with more substantial drawers. While the drawers are made of wood, the solid feel is somewhat lacking. We also asked about "slow close" drawers and the option was not available at the time.
Service and delivery comments:
White glove delivery service indeed! The gentlemen arrived right on schedule, handled my new furniture with care, setup the furniture exactly how I wanted it and cleaned up and removed all packaging materials. Stellar Customer Service!

My comments are in agreement with the other poor quality review I see here from gregory. My partner and I bought two of these for our master bedroom. The design is perfect with clean lines, good proportions and attractive finish. So I was happy to plunk down our money for these. The delivery was flawless, well communicated and perfectly timed. Unfortunately the major disappointment came when I actually opened the drawer. For the money we paid I was expecting dovetail joints and decent construction. Instead I found what I would normally expect from something I picked up at [@]. Cheap [@] drawer slides, staples and hot glue holding the whole thing together. I appreciate that this was made in Oregon, but I am really disappointed in the quality. I do take the responsibility of not checking the one we saw on the showroom floor close enough. I had seen it quickly, liked the design of it and didn't actually look at these details there. I can only assume that other products would have this same problem so it's unlikely that we'll be shopping at R&B again. In this case we paid for the design, but I wish we got more for our money overall.

This is exactly what I was expecting. It is a functional nightstand that fits perfectly next to my parsons bed. I ordered it in the grey finish.
