A decorator suggested I pair this chair with my desk a couple of years ago. I ordered it in paprika. It adds a nice pop of color to the room without being too bold.

I've since moved it around the house and have used it in the bedroom, living room and the dining room as well as the office. It's very versatile and great for extra seating for guests.

I'm petite so it's a little tall for me but it's well padded and comfortable. Like someone else stated, it's a little wider than most chairs.

So far it's been quite durable and I'd recommend it to a friend.

i have these chairs with the lasalle table. they look gorgeous and are very comfortable. easy to have a leisurely meal. i think they are *well* worth the price. i got mine in doria haze, so i had to wait for them but it was worth the wait. mine still look brand new. i would definitely purchase these chairs again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dining chair!

I paired these chairs with the Cyprus Table and I get alot of compliments on these chairs. They are very comfortable and look elegant yet modern in the dining room. They tend to run a little wider than the average chair so make sure you do your measurements before choosing the table. Also, because they are well padded (hence the comfort), they can also be a little higher than the average chair.

I changed my more traditional living room into a true "living room" where I dine, do projects and pay bills (while watching TV). These chairs are great for their original purpose -- dining -- while also fab for just sitting at the table, working (or talking).
Their stream-lined design helps to fulfill all purposes within the same room.
DO wish there had been an option with arms (I think).
Although I gasped at the price, it was money VERY well spent.

These chairs are comfortable, although a little springy to start out. The quality of materials and construction is excellent but will be difficult to clean as stains occur. Also, I wish the seats were slightly less wide and less deep only for table fit, but they do comfortably fit me, just a bit larger than needed for skinny people.

Our client has been looking for some chairs for two years now to match her George Nakashima style custom dining table. We were looking for something simple but price sensitive since kids can be hard on dining chairs. We found these and they were a perfect match. Crate and Barrel had something similar, but the lines were not as elegant as these chairs so these were an easy choice.

We've had the chairs for 3.5 years and they still look like new. Used mostly in our dining area , but they are easy to maneuver for parties/guests. (For a year I rotated a few in my office as desk chairs ~ and they were surprisingly comfy ~ but eventually I ordered an Aeron for more ergonomic support.) We have two cats that love to sleep on them and they clean up very well (using pet-hair rollers & occasionally a damp cloth or Simple Green Wipes). Recently had family over and they commented several times on how comfortable they are. Very well-made.
