We love this ottoman. We got it to go with the Wells 101" sofa in camel leather, but we got the ottoman in the stock fabric. We love the way the two different fabrics complement each other. The cushion on this ottoman does not seem like it will ever lose it's shape. My only complaint about the fabric is that it seems to catch somewhat easily and little snags appear. So far I've been able to cut them off, but I'm not sure if I will be able to continue to do this without damage. The wooden legs on this ottoman are beautiful. Just be aware that the legs are a different color from the Wells 101" sofa we got. No one pointed this out to us when we ordered and now they have two different types of wood which I wish we had been warned about ahead of time. In the catalogue they look almost identical.
Service and delivery comments:
This ottoman was back ordered when we purchased it at the same time as the Wells sofa. We paid a delivery fee for the sofa. I thought Room and Board should have then delivered the ottoman for free since it wasn't available at the same time as the sofa and would have been included if it had been available at the same time. So, rather than pay a reduced delivery fee for just the ottoman, we chose to pick it up directly at the warehouse once it was available.
