We have an oddly shaped, sunken great room with multiple entrances, and this sofa fits it perfectly. The sofa's low profile and extended length work really well in the space. It is also very comfortable.

I love the clean lines of mid-century design so this sofa appeared as though it would be a sleek complement to my other mid-century pieces. From day one the cushions wrinkled. No matter what you do to attempt to smooth out the wrinkles nothing works. I called customer service and they said they are "comfort wrinkles". I had NEVER sat in the sofa when the wrinkles appeared so they could hardly be called "comfort wrinkles". R&B sent customer service to steam the wrinkles but they re-appeared on the first cushion before the serviceman could begin steaming the second cushion. The sofa is a TOTAL disappointment. Now I'm concerned about future purchases with R&B. Next time I'll read the reviews before considering a purchase.

I purchased the 101" sofa in a custom Doria Tan fabric and it looks like it did on Day 1 after over a year of use. We have not experienced any of the issues mentioned with the two-cushion sofa (beam), and the Doria fabric has kept it's smooth, wrinkle-free finish.

Our Wells sofa and chair, in the Durand Almond was delivered today. It looked beautiful but after sitting for only a moment we noticed the material on the seat cushions was wrinkled and loose. Over a period of a few hours the sofa looked sloppy and we called customer service immediately. Though Customoer Service was great and scheduled the return and pick up, it's a shame the product has such a flaw. It looks great in the Room and Board showroom but our living room lighting showed a wrinkled sofa....we didn't want to imagine what it would look like in a few months if it looked like this only a few hours after being delivered. We should have looked at some of these reviews before making our purchase!!

I purchased numerous items from Room and Board, when purchasing the customer service was amazing follow thought etc. I purchased my wells sofa 7 months ago. I live at the beach in California. I specifically asked about the sofa leather and fading no problem as I have tinted windows. Well 5 months the sofa is very badly faded. My salesperson was very rude when she phoned me back and told me to close all my curtains during the day and "what did I expect!". After a long conversation because I refused to believe they would do nothing, she said she would sent me more colors so I could purchase a new sofa with a partial discount. I was very disappointed with her attitude, she was very eager when I was purchasing 7 items. I felt she was not on the side of the customer. Had no interest in trying to remedy the situation. Would think twice about purchasing from them again. And would be careful of any leather in California. Also I had a leather sofa in the same spot for 6 years prior without any problems. My 2 leather chairs are also fine.

I was initially very happy to have this sofa as well as the matching chaise lounge. I noticed during the first month a number of unsightly wrinkles. I rarely sat on either piece, but even sitting on the sofa or chaise briefly caused the cushions to lose their shape within a few months. Given the price I was very unhappy with how poorly made this set is. Save yourself the disappointment, do NOT purchase this piece.

I am so disappointed in this couch. My wife and I bought the 78" sofa about two years ago and almost immediately experienced the sagging cushions and hard center beam. After contacting customer service, which was great, they sent us two new cushion cores, but that did little to fix the problem. Unless you are ready to fluff immediately after standing up every single time, it looks shoddy with a ridiculous amount of wrinkles. After saving up for years for this specific couch, and considering the amount of money we spent-- what a colossal disappointment. Room & Board service was great, but the couch itself did not meet expectations. Avoid at all costs.
