Customer comments about Grove Twin Bed:
This is a beautiful piece that has a versatile style. It makes our bedroom look super classy. The construction is very solid, and you can tell that it is made out of quality materials. Our standard king mattress is just a tiny bit small for the frame--you can see the metal slats of the frame if you are looking down on it, but it is really not a noticeable problem. The delivery and assembly were easy and affordable.

Customer comments about Grove Twin Bed:
We liked the sleek lines, rounded corner and walnut finish on this bed. The sales associate was very professional, and the bed arrived as promised. White glove delivery by very professional men. We have been using a free bed frame that comes with mattress for very long time, so this king sized bed was such a welcome change.
I was concerned by some comments here on the bed being squeaky, but after 3 months of use, there are no such signs. It is very sturdy.
Some things to remember through:
- The delivery happens on a weekly basis. If you are not available for that day, you have to wait another week.
- The king sized mattress, if not from RnB, will not fit. There are couple inches of gaps on the sides. We were forewarned though, but that doe snot make it any better. RnB needs to comply with the standard king sizes.
Service and delivery comments:
Delivery was prompt. We got the first slot of the day, and the delivery guys arrived at 8.30am. The bed was packaged well, and no tears, scratches etc.
The delivery men were very courteous. And over all the customer service is great. The sales associate will follow up in couple of weeks to see if everything went well. Nice touches.

Customer comments about Grove Twin Bed:
I saw this bed frame in an advert for a mattress company and was taken by its simplicity and beauty. When I learned it was from RB, I marched right down to the showroom to see if it was as beautiful in person. I was not disappointed. It is well built. The one detail that impressed me was the beveled edges; no sharp edges. The finish is achieved with wax or oil and it looks natural yet elegant, not glossy or "shellacked". We purchased the king bed in solid walnut and couldn't be happier.
Service and delivery comments:
This bed was backordered so we had to wait about 4 or 5 weeks, but it was worth it. The delivery guys were very careful bringing in the pieces and putting it together.

Customer comments about Grove Twin Bed:
We recently bought two of these in Walnut for our kid's room. They are so beautiful and of obvious quality they make me so happy. Very sturdy. The wood grain is just SO NICE. This was a big investment for us and I am really happy with the purchase. Delivery and service were excellent.
We had one natural twin and ordered a pillow top that was much thicker. They both look good on the beds but I probably prefer the look of the pillow top that is a bigger in the frame.

Customer comments about Grove Twin Bed:
I like the bed - it is clean, classic and elegant in design but it is too low to the floor - I think I'm going to buy one of those new, thicker mattresses to raise it a bit. Also, it is about two inches too wide for my current standard king mattress which often causes me to bang the heck out of my shins when I'm walking around in the bedroom.

Great bed frame. It's the perfect height and it does not require a box spring. The delivery men set it all up and I didn't have to do a thing. The construction seems very sturdy and we have been sleeping great.

Customer comments about Grove Queen Bed:
I've been looking for a bed frame I really like for 15 years. Here it is! I appreciate the warmth the curve of the posts/legs bring to the clean lines of the overall design. The proportions really work. The cherry has darkened beautifully to a warm reddish midtone (this is very different from the dark burgundy of "cherry" stained wood), and the wood grain pattern on the headboards is lovely. The frame is solid, silent, and has brought scale appropriate dignity to our small bedroom. I'm confident it will look fabulous in our next, bigger, bedroom too. A real piece of furniture - very good looking.

Customer comments about Grove California King Bed:
Sleek, simple, and comfortable. We visited the Room & Board showroom to look at over twenty beds and this one jumped out at us. The Shaker craftsmanship, warm walnut finish, and great mid-century lines earn lots of compliments from anyone who sees it. We started off stacking 2 pillows high in front of the headboard, but now only display one row of pillows so you can see the gorgeous headboard. It's the perfect height and our Tempurpedic mattress fit snugly. Beautiful, modern & functional.

Customer comments about Grove Twin Bed:
This bed is the perfect blend of form and function. The solid walnut wood is beautiful and the construction is well thought out and of superior quality. I love the curved lines of this design which soften the beds look. No box spring is needed so the bed sits lower to the ground making it easier to get in and out and providing a clean line. Having tried out all the beds in the showroom, I found this headboard to be not only my favorite but also the most comfortable for leaning against while reading. We got this for our 25th anniversary and it was well worth the wait.

Q:
Are there any wood fillers or glues used in this bed frame? I'm looking for nontoxic furniture that does not have formaldehyde or other VOCs that will off-gass. Thanks!Asked on 5/13/2013 by Angela from Seattle, WA1 answer
