I love this sofa however, I constantly rotate my pillows and am concerned that 3 years from now it will not hold up.
If this is the case, I could have chosen a lower end sofa option from a different company.

We spent hours in R&B trying to find a nice balance between a sofa with great design, while still offering a comfortable seat. We loved some other sofas aesthetically, but weren't impressed with their less-than-cozy seat. We're so pleased with our selection! What's great about this couch is its clean lines and sink-into-cushions. The arms of the couch are thick cushions that hold their shape. A great purchase!

This sofa is HUGE! I've had 5 sitting comfortably. Even better than that though, I'm 6'0" tall and I can completely lay out while still leaving enough room for another person to sit comfortably. As with many sofas, it helps to rotate the cushions from time to time. This sofa is fantastic in this regard, as all of the cushions are interchangable.

Can't say enough good things about Room&Board's delivery service. The delivery men stayed very well in contact, and arrived at the beginning of the 'extremely' short window they gave.

I have this sofa in the living room of my mid-century ranch. It looks great, and the soft fog color (stocked) goes well with nearly everything. I love how it looks, but not so much when I'm actually sitting on it. the long back cusions bend and bow out when you lean against them. similarly, the seat cushion kind of arcs up in response to sitting on it rather than lying in place. down would help?

The sofa and sectional looks great and fits well in our family room. My major gripe with this sofa is that the cushions offer very poor support. They give way too easily. I thought I would get used to this but have not after having this sofa for a year. By comparison the 2 other sofas I own offer much more substantial support; their cushions are firm.

We had a very hard time choosing a sofa. We were primarily interested in a piece that would look good as the centerpiece in our small-ish apartment living room, but provide ultimate after-work-lounging comfort. aesthetically, we were drawn to a lot of RB's mid century modern pieces, but after sitting on all of the sofas (over and over again on an afternoon in the nyc showroom), we really felt that Holden was the most comfortable sofa that was still a nice piece to look at.
the cushions are firm, which we love. the seat is very deep, so some people may find it difficult to rise after sitting. the color is light...we are considering getting custom covers made for the cushions to help avoid stains, as our one year old will surely get his hands all over it.
the sofa we received was minimally flawed. We notified RB, and they sent us a new one.
