The back cushions are stuffed with materials that do not hold up for even three months. After this short time period, we had to reshape the cushions nightly. Because we had the sofa with a chaise, we could not even move the cushions around, for they are not the same size.
We have loved Room and Board in the past. The price of this couch is too much to be made so poorly. We attempted to have the issue addressed, with the response: "There is nothing we can do. You should expect wear and tear." After three months?

I liked this sofa but unfortunately the fabric looked much different in my home than in the store. Home lighting is much brighter than showroom lighting and the fabric looked almost white at home. Returned it and ordered Reese sofa which worked perfectly.

One of the back cushions has a snag in the fabric that I will have to return to the store. Also the dark pewter fabric shows any and all light lint e.g. Throw blankets and pillows
