I am really pleased with this purchase and the design of the couch. I haven't used the sleeper yet but the one in the store was comfortable enough for overnight guests. The only annoying thing constantly having to adjust cushions and they easily become unaligned. I'm a fan of cushions that are attached to the back so you don't have to rearrange them frequently. However, there aren't many sleeper options with that feature.

Service and delivery comments:

Delivery was prompt, within the schedule time, and very friendly guys. There were in and out so quick and even opened up the sleeper to confirm everything was okay.

Sofa is very beautiful but has quickly become the most uncomfortable sofa I have ever sat upon. It is very deep and no matter how many throw pillows we use, it doesn't help. This is probably because the fronts of the seat cushions have broken down in less than a year. With throw pillows it is like trying to sit on a slant board! Only two people sit on this sofa and we are not over weight. Last night we used the bed to be sure it was comfortable for guests who are arriving next week. It is awful...like sleeping on a cheap air mattress We will use it and put the guests in our room because I wouldn't subject a guest to it.The mattress doesn't inflate to fill its cover no matter how long we leave the pump running. In less than a year we will have to get rid of this piece of furniture at a significant loss. I will never buy another piece of furniture that has to be sat upon on line.

This is our only sofa so it is in the living room and we sit on it most every day. It's extremely comfortable for a sleeper sofa - the best we've experienced. Since we only have a small one bedroom condo we need a sleeper for the occasional guest. We haven't had one yet, so we can't comment on how comfortable it is to sleep on. Our sofa is in the standard tweedy material which looks great!

I would have preferred a different sleeper sofa, but I had a tight stairwell to navigate to fit a sleeper sofa in my basement family room. This one is stylish, compact and good for tight spaces. It's been used once for guests and the feedback I received is that they never thought sleeper sofas were terribly comfortable, but this one is perhaps due to the coil/air combination encased in a traditional mattress casing. Otherwise, I use it to watch TV and it's quite comfortable and the fabric seems durable, an important quality since one of my dogs generally hops up to sit with me. It's a tight fit for more than 2 people, but this constraint was necessary to fit down the stairs to my family room.

I've had this sofa for quite a few months now, and I must say that I'm very happy with it. It's the perfect size for our Brooklyn apartment; the thin arms leave lots of space for lounging or for friends (we've mananged to seat four quite comfortably). The fabric has also proved to be quite nice and easy to clean. The first couple of weeks that we had it a little red sauce got spilled on a cushion but I followed the cleaning directions and there isn't a trace of a stain left. This is a huge relief, since we opted for the Turin fabric in Ivory!

The air mattress is a great feature as well. We're always having family or friends visit and they've all commented on how comfortable the bed is, not to mention how convenient it is to be able to adjust the firmness. Best of all, it only takes a couple of minutes to set up.

Some people have complained elsewhere on this site that the cushions are too firm, but that's really only an issue until they get broken in. After a couple of months it's quite comfortable and I am very confident that this sofa will last a long time. All in all, I'm very happy with this purchase.

Visited a friend yesterday who had this sofa. I'd been thinking about a sleeper for my new apt, heard about these air sleepers and thought they were like the bouncy leaky floor ones. But I was very pleasantly surprised and now this is the type I will buy. First, couch is solid and impressive, clearly well-built. Easy to clean (as I accidentally discovered). I'd prefer lower arms to lounge more, but that's preference. Comfy otherwise. Next, the bed. My friend had never had a guest, so I sent her to bed, and quite late faced trying to figure it out myself. Surprise - only took a few min to open and inflate all, no instructions needed (more than I can say for some floor ones). The bed blows up to double height, with what seems like steel coils in bottom half. Plenty firm, no discernable leaks, no sagging to center, I could sit on the end, and so much better than the old mattress sleepers. Next morning, transform back to couch was just as fast and easy. Verdict? Both thumps up. Goodbye traditional sleepers. Left it at 4 stars just cause I only had short brush with it so can't comment on longevity.
