Our space is small, but I wanted a sectional with a chaise. This was one of the only sofas (at any store) that wasn't too long for our room. How lucky are we that it looks great, is comfortable and came in a great fabric. The fabric has a bit of a sheen and is tightly woven, so it isn't too casual and I think it will hold up well.

Delivery was on time, right at 8 weeks. Particularly uncomfortable and hard. The seams aren't clean and the corners sink in, rather than being filled by the cushions giving it a less than polished look.

Perfect size for our small living room. I have never owned a chaise and debated getting one,but I am so glad I did! Love this! Ideal for TV watching, curling up with a good book, listening to music, having a conversation.....
Service and delivery comments:
I bought this couch because I like a firmer cushion. Upon delivery, the chaise cushion was great but the other 2 seemed soft. I contacted Room and Board not knowing what would happen (first purchase from them). They replaced the cushions sending someone to the house to install them and make sure there were no other issues. What a difference that made! Now my couch is perfect!

This couch is nice to look at but not to lounge on. The cushions are too firm and the seat depth (aside from the chaise) is too shallow. You don't want to sit on this couch and watch a movie for two hours.
