Ordered the Pisa media leaning shelf in an ebony stain and it's exactly what I'd imagined (perfect).

My only wish is that they made different sizes for these shelves (rather than just height differences) because I'd like to have a larger t.v. than 42" in the living room. I currently have a 46"-er and it technically does fit, but it looks funky cus of the proportions with the shelves (the t.v. fills up too much space). Turns out that it works for the better because we were planning on purchasing an additional t.v. anyway so it does work out nicely!

Service and delivery comments:

Very prompt and efficient! They came exactly on time, almost even a tad earlier (which I hadn't expected at all, given that furniture delivery is never predictable) and the delivery men were great to work with. They had already assembled the shelf when it was inspected in the warehouse so it was an easy and smooth process.

Purchased 2 in walnut and 1 in maple. Plan to buy 1 more in maple. The wood is solid, really nice pattern, not too heavy so the pattern is very clean. The shelves now have books, pictures, other display items and they look great. Purchased the tallest of the shelves and well worth it.

The design and quality is great. My 46 inch flat screen tv fits perfectly, although barely.

Service and delivery comments:

One shelf was installed incorrectly by the delivery team. Customer service was very helpful when I called to inquire if the incorrect installation was in fact the correct way the shelf should be. I was easily to unscrew 2 shelves and change their position to fix the problem.

Great piece of furniture, but wire management is a nightmare. Also, wood panels are not too thick, so I believe the Pisa collection is slightly overpriced. Other than that, these shelves are amazing. Customer service and delivery were impeccable.

I needed a desk, shelves and a spot for my TV/stereo components, while trying to NOT clutter my room with too much furniture. Not only did this shelving unit work- I bought the desk piece, TV/media piece, and the shelving piece- it looks very nice, with the walls still exposed and hardly any wasted space. The walnut makes the units visible enough against the wall, without taking over the room like many shelving units do.

Service and delivery comments:

The delivery team was very professional and helpful, and they were about 4-5 days early too, which was nice. I've not had to call customer service yet.

Make sure you measure your baseboards. Mine were too high and it messed up the angles of the installation. Also, I live in an old building and the walls were not flat/straight. This made for comprimises in addition to the baseboard issue.

The issue with the baseboard is that the bottom shelf is supposed to be against the wall for everything to line up properly. Because it didn't everything was funky.
