The bookcase matches an earlier piece, a media, console so we already knew that the furniture was well made with a lot of style. It is great to be able to help design the perfect piece by choosing the wood, the base and the drawer pulls. And in addition to having a great place for our books, the bottom drawer is a small filing cabinet.
Service and delivery comments:
The delivery was prompt and the bookcase arrived in excellent condition. The men who delivered called in advance and arrived when they said they would wearing shoe coverings to protect our wood floors. They carefully unwrapped the bookcase, placed it where we wanted it, and placed the shelves and drawers answering all questions that I had. They took all the wrappings with them when they left.

We bought three walnut bookcases with files at the bottom and polished steel legs, to work as a wall unit, we are ecstatic. The room looks like it is straight up from a magazine! we alternated rows of books, with small paintings, and artifacts it looks very modern and polished. The filing cabinet drawers are great, and do not look like files.

I ordered these to be a wall unit. The holes are not drilled so that the shelves match up between units. They will be perfect when this is fixed so I'm hoping you can fix this for future purchasers.

Our veneers are high quality sheets of wood bonded to MDF or medium density fiber board. This is real cherry and walnut wood and the black and white are painted finishes are on maple.
