Love r&b, was shopping for a modern sofa/sleeper/daybed/futonish item. Fell in love with the ease of the transition from cool couch to sleeper. Once it was home it had a deep dip in it, spoke to our sales rep (props to Broc, he's awesome) he sent out a team to review the product, found an odd spring damage, ordered another ... BOOM, new one arrived and it's perfect, just what we wanted!
Fabric is larger weave, hitting that more modern trend, loved the color ... black and brown woven
very comfortable to hand out on

We love the design and function of this sofa sleeper. Looks great in our small office and very comfortable to sit on. Converts to bed very easily and much nicer than the old dorm style futon that we've had in the past. The only complaint is that if you sleep or sit on the cushions, the fabric will wrinkle easily and needs to be smoothed out with the swipe of a hand upon getting up.

This sofa arrived just days before our 2 kids arrived home for the holidays, we had just moved to a loft style one bedroom condo in the city after a big downsize from a house in the suburbs. The sofa was so perfect for a guest bed and so stylish too. Very easy to set up and break down from sofa to bed. Well made and comfortable for sleeping. I use a quilted queen size mattress pad over it to give it extra padding before I put the sheets on. You will love this sofa!

I love the look of this piece. It has clean lines and simple design. We use it in a small guest room and it is perfect in that space. It is easy to turn into a bed. We had guests (two adults) sleep on it for three nights in a row and they said it was comfortable. I have not noticed any problems with the cusions or fabric as of yet.

Great versatility in the product, clean lines, and decent fabric. The singe-wrapped coil cushion however shows its weakness as the cushion divots easily. One has to smooth out the wrinkles in the fabric after getting up otherwise it looks like the impressions made in a bed pillow after a night's sleep. I've a friend who's an upholsterer and believes we can remove the cushion cover, wrap in batting and then re-insert to firm up and smooth out the cushion. I thought to return the Elke because of this deficiency but I dig the lines and versatility so will give the workaround a try. If they improve the cushion on this product then it will easily get 4-5 stars.
Service and delivery comments:
R&B delivery is pretty much no-hassle. They get in, they get out and are fairly careful. Can't ask for more than that.
