Needed a light over the corner of our (R&B-York) sectional both decoratively and for reading and had been looking for the right one for a long time. We finally found it!
Our great room is not very big, so this lamp does not overwhelm.
Service and delivery comments:
The product was very well packed in a lot of styrofoam - maybe a little too much! My husband had to cut it all up to go in the garbage and we worry about all that styrofoam going into landfills. Maybe a little less would have protected the lamp just as efficiently.

Initially I liked the lamp's design. After getting it home it became clear that the bulb would be staring you in the face when the lamp was turned on....it was very distracting. We returned the lamp.

Wonderful lamp! The only thing we've found a bit trickier is that the dimmer switch is on the floor, so if you have the lamp on a low "accent light" setting then you decide to read, you have to get up and go change the light setting before you can do that. But putting the dimmer up on the fixture may have destroyed the beautiful, clean lines of the lamp, so not sure that would be better.

I am using my sun room as a playroom for my kids until they are a little older and needed a floor light that was stable and would light up the entire room at night as there was no overhead lighting in the room. It serves the purpose but i wish it was taller. I feel that I could have bought a similar piece for a lot less money. There is nothing special about it and it probably isn't worth almost $400 (by the time taxes and shipping were added in.)
