This is a great statement floor lamp, it's big and stands out in any room. I love it! It gives off just enough light too. Great for a living room/family room, your attention will immediately be drawn to this lamp. Super easy to assemble, it came in 2 packages.

This is a sharp-looking lamp and it puts out nice light. But it has a design flaw. Three metal brackets inside the shade, part of the frame that attaches the shade to the lamp, create shadows on the shade when the lamp is lit. These are visible as three black lines on the outside lower portion of the shade. I find them distracting and unappealing, and my interior designer agreed.
Room and Board told me they had no idea what I was talking about, which I found hard to believe given their attention to detail. But the company told me I can return the lamp and I plan to take them up on it.

The product is aesthetically pleasing. However, I find it rather annoying to turn on and off and wish it had a switch rather than a footslide. The dimmer feature is nice because the lamp shade produces an extremely bright white light that is generally too bright when turned all the way up. Otherwise, it looks great even in a smaller room.

Out of all the lamps we searched, we chose this one for its height. At around 6' tall, it's a great height for our 20' ceilings. It doesn't feel too short and it isn't too tall that it's hard to clean. The metal rods feel substantial and of quality, which would be the hope given the price. When lit, the white lamp shade retains its whiteness, emitting a white-colored glow, not like the usual white lamp shades that emit a yellow color when turned on.

We looked at other places for "affordable" and aesthetically pleasing lamps, but the quality always fell short or the design was just a bit off, whether the lamp didn't stand straight or the material felt cheap. While pricey, at least it meets expectations, but because it's made in China, I'd expect it to be cheaper in price.

This light is gorgeous! It complements the contemporary furniture in my home very nicely. In general, I don't think lamps are usually something I notice much. But this lamp really makes a statement. I love the clean lines. I would highly recommend this.
