I bought this to use as a landing area in the corner of our living room that is near the front door. It can hold the mail and a tray for keys and wallets and look nice and uncluttered doing it.
I wish I could have have a drawer that's the one reason I didn't give it 5 stars. But it's a lovely piece of furniture and has transformed that area into something useful and pleasant to look at.
