LOVE the piece. It's even more beautiful in person than online. I bought the walnut finish and it goes so well with almost any design/aesthetic. It is a rather big piece for a nightstand in an apartment, though. It would have been great if it was just a little less deep. Also, as much as I love the finish, I'm concerned about cleaning and maintaining it - I'm worried that the regular wood cleaners will create stains since it's such a matte/unfinished wood look. But otherwise, it's beautiful, has a great amount of storage, and I'm very pleased with it.

for people with lots of bedside books, ipads, and other devices, and who don't like clutter, this has been a wonderful bedside solution. clean lines, plenty of storage: form follows functions so nicely!

Overall a beautifully crafted and well made piece of furniture. My only complaint is that for the money paid I would have expected ball bearing sliders for the drawers. Not as important on for the nightstand but would have been nice with the drawer dresser I also purchased. However, this doesn't seem as necessary now that the drawers have some weight in the them. The designers probably know more than I but felt like a bit of an unnecessary shortcut. Lastly, I love the fact that the pieces are solid wood and made in America.

Hands down the best delivery I have ever had. Great delivery guys who were prompt, friendly, and took great care when they delivered the furniture.
Amazing customer service! In my case, I was unsure of the color I wanted and the sales rep assured me that I could exchange it for no charge if I decided I didn't like it and the pieces were still in new condition. This was a huge reason I purchased from Room & Board. I ended up taking a closer look at my furniture that evening and noticed that the stain was very dark and the nightstands values didn't really match. The rep said they wanted me to come home and "love my furniture every time I saw it" and happily exchanged the pieces for me.
The second set was perfect! I would not hesitate to shop here again.
