I love this piece. Very simple and elegant. I like how the wood grain is visible through the charcoal stain. My only complaint is how easily it gets small scratches, even from just sliding a book across the top. However, now it just looks lived in. It would have received 5 stars but for the scratches.
I have paired it with a Sinclair cocktail table in the same color and finish and have the Andover Dining Table in charcoal finish in an adjoining dining room, with walnut Afton chairs. I have Walnut flooring as well and walnut open Woodwind bookcases. Everything works together so beautifully.

Great finish on the table...purchased the charcoal color which is dark, yet some of the brown of the wood shows through...makes the table top look richer. Door opens and closes easily.

This is another nice Hudson piece, but rather large for an end table. I use it in my study, where it fits nicely in proximity to my Portica desks.

We have the 24" Hudson side table in the charcoal finish with natural steel legs and knob, used as a side table in our living room. This table is beautifully made, with a matt finish which is smooth and durable. The legs lend it an airy look which takes up little visual space. The drawer slides smoothly and provides much needed storage space and a surface for a lamp (the smaller Olinda with clear base with black shade.) This table is really unique, with such good design and fine craftsmanship, and goes very nicely with our Parsons cocktail table with glass top and natural steel legs and with the Morro credenza in the charcoal stain.
