We've only had this piece for a week, however as with most RnB pieces, I expect it to hold the test of time. The Tate Chair (we have in the seafoam color) is a great addition to our den/living space. It's the perfect size (not overstuffed media room style, nor tiny (useless) corner). The cut of the chair is timeless, and functional. The Triad fabric is not velvety soft of course, but it's certainly not rough in my opinion. This is another McReary Modern success. I gave it 4 of 5 stars simply because of the cost and turnaround time on a custom fabric....but as usual....with all nice things, you pay for it.
