The chair appears well made and the synthetic standard fabric looks durable - important to us, since we have two Great Danes. I'm a husky 6'4" and feel I'm about as large as a man could be and sit in the chair comfortably. Smaller folks feel like the chair is comfortable too. Standard colors are a bit drab. Would be nice if a little more color was an option - without going the route of dramatically increasing cost with a custom fabric.

The recliner is used in the living room primarily for watching T.V. It is extremely comfortable and reclines to an almost horizontal position. The fabric is comfortable and well-made. The chair is sturdy and stylish.I love sitting on it and feel very relaxed.

This chair is great - very comfortable and it supports my legs when open and I am 6'2".
Great back support. The only down side is my place is small and I need to pull it from the wall to fully recline.

Love this chair. We have a large living room with a brown leather sectional. We had trouble finding a fabric recliner to go with the leather couch and this chair is perfect. We got it in the bark fabric and it looks great and is also comfortable. My husband really wanted a comfortable chair that he could recline in and have his head not fall back like many of the shorter modern recliners. We also got the walnut finish in the legs and it is a beautiful finish. Great chair!

This recliner is just as comfortable sitting as it is reclining, and that's rare. It's surprising, considering it's size, the simple design and how much LITTLE space it takes up when fully reclined. Hard to find any faults, but the corners on the headrest could have been more tightly tucked or stitched and there's a horizontal stitch that goes across the front corners of the arms of the chair that might look out of place. These aren't faults, I'm very satisfied with this chair.

The delivery team was cordial and professional. They were very careful and more than helpful with my delivery, which was about one week early to my pleasant surprise. I haven't had to call customer service, but my experience with R&B would tell me that if/when I do call, I'm sure they won't disappoint. Thanks!
