I looked at many sofas in many stores and never found something I really loved. Then I sat on the Hamlin. Heaven!! The style is just what I wanted; the Tannon fabric in Natural is exactly the color and texture I wanted, and it is so comfortable I'm tempted to sleep on it all night!
Service and delivery comments:
I loved that R&B called me 2 days ahead of the delivery date to let me know the 2-hour time window - that allowed me to plan the rest of my day in advance. [@] did a great job! They aren't just delivery guys - they're true professionals who know a lot about the furniture. When they finished, every piece was placed perfectly; every bit of packaging was removed, and there wasn't a ding or smudge or any wall or surface. Best delivery I've ever experienced!
