I thought the fabric was supposed to be the same as that of the chairs we ordered, just a different color. It is not quite but still nice.

The Sunbrella fabric didn't work for me, felt abrasive on the skin after a short time. Had really liked the idea of the Sunbrella fabric, because it is pretty indestructible and we have cats and dogs that are rough on furniture. Room & Board were great about helping exchange it, sent many samples of other fabrics and we went with a microsuede, which feels wonderful and also is supposed to be very durable. The couches were exchanged once the new couch was ready, great service. Delivery guys were very pleasant and professional, as were the staff in both stores ( Culver City & Santa Ana ) that we visited.

I had spent nearly 5 months looking for a perfect sofa for my new condo, before I stumbled onto the Odin sofa in the R&B showroom. As you can tell I am no compulsive buyer, but I fell in love with its design and color at first sight, and after sitting and lying on it a few times placed an order that day. And since the sofa arrived at my condo, I have not been let down in the slightest. To the contrary, the more I use it, the more I love it! The seating is firm yet super comfortable (ideal for both reading and napping), the sunbrella fabric is durable and fade- and stain-resistant (perfect for a room that gets a lot of sunlight), and the design is clean and classy (i.e. timeless). It is simply the best sofa I've encountered in my life of serial furniture hunting.
Service and delivery comments:
My delivery was prompt and professional. The product arrived in mint condition, and the delivery men were both kind and knowledgeable about how to care for the sofa.
