I purchased two Soren Lounge chairs in Cherry and they are absolutely gorgeous! The woodgrain is stunning and guests always want to try them out because they are so cool and unusual. Comfortable and great for compact spaces too.
Service and delivery comments:
The first set of chairs I received both had damaged front legs, and the replacement pair had one chair with the same type of damage. Although it was repaired, I think they could we wrapped better to avoid this issue for other customers. Still worth it though!

Service and delivery comments:
This has been one of the worst delivery and service experiences. The first time they came for delivery, both pieces of furniture were badly damaged. We called customer service, who were very nice and polite and sympathetic to our inconvenience, etc. My wife and I were disappointed, but understand that things happen every now and then. So we arranged for a second delivery with replacement pieces. Again, both pieces were damaged (different type of damage - meaning, it wasn't manufacturer's defects). Hard to understand how their delivery service can be so bad. Each time they gave us the same scripted reason "oh, this doesn't happen very often...". We bought it the first time. But the second time around I started realizing that this is a pattern. The inconveniece of my wife (first attempt) and I (second delivery attempt) having to stay at home for two botched deliveries was unacceptable. Would never buy from this store or recommend to any of my family or friends.

Got this chair to fit in a smallish area in my bedroom with existing furniture (not from R&B) in the walnut finish. It fits so well & looks right at home in my bedroom. Very classy & comfortable. Love it.

The walnut is beautiful, and the chair is very well made. It takes up very little visual space in my family room. However, the seat height is only 15 inches so it is a very "short" chair. Other chairs in the room are at least 18 inches. I wish it were a little taller.
