I like this couch. It is very comfortable and good looking. This is our primary seating couch. We use it everyday for reading/lounging. The chaise is perfect size for us to relax and work with our laptop. The only concern I have is it completely losses shape every time we sit on it. I almost turn the cushions every 2 days. The cushions don't hold their shape at all. Its been only a month after delivery and its already losing shape on the back cushions. One night I slept on this couch and was pretty comfortable.
Took almost 90 days to get it delivered. I liked Room and Board service both on the phone during delivery at home. Overall I like this couch but wish the cushions stayed in shape for the price I paid.

I loved how this couch looked in the shop but they didn't have one with the chaise. When it arrived I was surprised by just how deep the cushions were. When we sat on the cushions they gaped away from each other, leaving big gaps that inevitably filled with tiny toys. The big cushions and their gaps also made the couch unsuitable for my little children so I ended up returning it. Room and Board could not have been more accommodating and professional about the return process.
