Well-made frame that's great for art or photography without the custom frame price. I was fortunate to find a model in store that was originally used in a show home then went to final sale - the staff did a great job of keeping the edges protected so that even a floor model looked pristine when purchased.

Ordered frames, took 2 weeks to arrive, at which time they arrived broken... glass everywhere in the box. I called customer service 3x as it took a week for UPS to show up - UPS said R&B needed to call them to get a call tag first. Once picked up, R&B told me they couldnt process the refund until they received the product which took 2+ weeks. It was only after I called 3 weeks later that they agreed to process my refund. Terrible customer service!! Will not order from R&B again, for the money they charge, its not worth it!
