    The price & design for this umbrella is fantastic. But it doesn't match the quality that I've come to expect from R&B. At a recent summer BBQ, we had the umbrella opened for shade & since it looks so great. But a gust of wind flipped it inside-out & it snapped & broke on the pole. Very discouraging since we had only had it 3-4 weeks.

      How much does this umbrella weigh? I am trying to understand how stable this will be in the wind.

        With the concrete base weights, the Waikiki weighs approximately 220 lbs. As wind can be unkind to umbrellas, we always recommend closing your umbrella during windy conditions and when not in use to help prevent damage.
