Product design is great but the drawer hardware is not great. The sliding hardware has a strange mechanism for ensuring safety that is loud and difficult to use. Could be much better.

It's veneer, but this is a little more rickety than I expected. Walnut grain isn't near as rich as in the picture. Has plasticky look and feel. But serves purpose I guess. Too expensive for this level of construction.
