It speaks well of Room & Board that they sell this rug pad: it's the same product that is recommended and sold by the best Persian rug store in the Twin Cities. I was able to save a little money by buying the largest size and cutting it up to make pads for several rugs.

While difficult to cut and curved the way it comes rolled (which may or may not be the way you want to put it down) it does the job of keeping flat weave rugs in place and seems likely to last much longer than those awful rubber pads other providers most often suggest.
