We can't believe how this light transformed our space. Our dinning area is so much more inviting and pleasant. We love the cozy, ambient light. It also illuminates the ceiling above for a very dramatic effect. Easy to adjust/rotate so you don't have to see the seam. Very happy with this purchase.

There were dining room lights we were considering that were far more expensive, but I like this very simple and straightforward design, leaving room for elements with a little more character in your space. And the light quality is just so soft. I would recommend having other light sources in addition to this, because its not a very intimate kind of lighting, and does not define a space or highlight design elements.
