This is a very nice and comfortable chair. I've actually fallen asleep in it. The last time that happened I was about 5!

Seriously, it's a great chair, just get a pillow for lumbar support and it'll be perfect.

I really like this chair. I purchased it in the Cambridge charcoal fabric. Not sure how long the fabric will hold up (spills/spots do show). Also, seat is firm, it's not a chair you spend a lot of time in. Design is great!

For the price you would expect it to feel more substantial. It lacks lumbar support and cushions feel stiff and thin. It looks awesome however and everyone that walks in the room comments on the chair's cool factor. If you don't plan on sitting in it for long periods of time, then it's a good chair.

I ordered this chair and ottoman in the Triad Pewter fabric. My first impression in the store was that I wasn't 100% sold on the style, but the chair was so comfortable for my tall frame, I decided to go for it. Now that I've had the chair a few months, it's quickly become my favorite place to lounge. And, as always, the service from sale to delivery has been great.

The incorrect chair is already wearing out after 1 month... Still no refund on the ottoman.

Service and delivery comments:

After 6 weeks, the chair delivered was the wrong one, the custom chair hadn't been built correctly. They wanted us to wait another 8 weeks for the correct one. I cancelled the order.

It has been 3 weeks and no refund for the cancelled ottoman either and no call backs.

Unacceptable.

I've been looking for an oversized chair to use as a "stand alone" chair to fill a large spot in my living room. The Boden has what I've been looking for....size, comfort, style..

My first chair squeaked. A replacement chair was delivered and it also squeaked. A service employee was sent to my condo and immediately removed the protective caps from the legs of the chair that had been put in place by the delivery personal. The problem was solved. He gave me an informative explanation as to why the protective pads caused a problem (chair construction). Room and Board needs to share this information with all of their delivery personal.
