leather is very soft and buttery. It's beautiful. Does have subtle imperfections in the leather.
Service and delivery comments:
customer service department was great as was the delivery team. They took their shoes off before coming into the house and even placed felts on the bottom of the chair and ottoman before setting it down. I was impressed.
