We love these barstools. We purchased 6 months ago for the bar in our kitchen after completing a kitchen remodel, and couldn't be happier. Sometimes I work from home, and end up sitting in them most of the day while I do my work on my laptop. They are comfortable and offer just the right amount of support. We purchased the cherry wood with black leather upholstery. I highly recommend!

I use the stool with my primary kitchen table. I bought two stools. I love the design! My three big cons have to do with the seat cushion. First, the upholstry fabric choices are a bit limited, no customizing. Second, try as I might to correct for this, one of the stools is unbalanced. I really should send it back, but I needed it for slew of house guests this summer, and didn't want to wait for replacement. Third, the seat cushion filling seems a bit thin. The stool is basically comfortable, but a bit more cushion would finish this piece of perfectly. In sum, it seems odd to me that they would make such a well crafted wood stool, and then skimp on the cushion.

I looked for a long time for the perfect counter stool. Mostly wanted something comfortable with simple design, quality wood and not too "heavy" in appearance. This is it. The seat depth is roomy and so comfortable - the seat is roomy and padding very comfy. Some counter chairs make you feel like you are just not fully supported. This one is perfect! Also, many designs are just too overbearing and "heavy" looking. The padded, upholstered seat contrasted to the sleek, curved and comfortable wood back with a nice airy space in between is the perfect combination to make a counter chair that blends into my space and doesn't take up too much visual room. The footprint of each chair is smaller than some, so the chair doesn't take up too much space. All round great and COMFORTABLE!

Beautiful styling, comfortable and super-solid quality. I love the lines. The back is comfortable but low, so the line is really clean. The back sits below the counter height, so it's really uncluttered. I bought the black finish with Desmond Otter micrsuede for kitchen island chairs - where my kids eat often. Was a bit concerned about the light upholstery, but it's been really clean-able. The black finish shows greasy fingerprints and will reveal nicks and scratches pretty easily. I don't think that's a reflection on the quality of the finish, just a fact of life of black-finished maple. I have other pieces from other manufacturers, so I was prepared for that. I love them

I love the clean lines, upholstery and back height of this counter stool. Very unique and glad I stumbled upon them. My counter overhang view isn't impeded by furniture. My only gripe is the black shows finger marks...oh well, they clean up very easily. Maybe someday my kids will use a napkin!

I am so happy with this counter stool. I have been on a quest for a great looking yet comfortable stool for years. I found it! My only concern about this stool is the durability of the cushion. I love the comfort of the upholstery, but the cushion is a bit thin. I am guessing it is going to flatten out quickly.
