- Polyester fiber and soft-cell foam placed into horizontal channels

Room and Board's Web site has consistently boasted that this couch is "available for delivery in four weeks". This is fiction. Today marks seven weeks after I ordered (and paid for!) this couch, and I finally got a call from R&B offering delivery- in nine more days! I'll let you know how the couch rates if and when I get it.
