I hate this piece as chair and wish I had never bought it...when 1 person sits to side, bottom sinks to that side & constantly has to be pulled up...the back cushon is absurd as it pulls from back with stupid cloth bars to be tucked in. It is very uncomfortable as a chair & it is my major chair in living room.
As bed it is comfy, but the hassle of keeping chair together is not worth it.

Had a guest for 2 weeks and he loved it! Slept like a baby.
Simple lines will fit with many styles. It's a queen size matress but the overall size of the sofa is smaller than most. Great for smaller places .

We live in a 3 bedroom condo and needed the guest bedroom to be multi functional. This couch is great and according to our guests is quite comfortable as a pull out bed. It's very easy to open and close. The only complaint, which is not that big of a deal for me, is that because the mattress is not that thick the sheets sometimes slip off.

Sofa is quite a bit firmer than what was in the store (in soho). It seems like it will break in over time, but it will probably be a long time. It was just a little disappointing to not like sitting on a sofa you just bought.

Why are the mattresses on R&B's American Leather-made comfort sleepers thinner than the mattresses on the American Leather sleepers sold elsewhere under the American Leather brand name? Why is there no upgrade at R&B to the thicker mattress?

The thing I dislike about this sofa is that after you've been sitting on it for some time, the front of the cushions sag and don't look right. The highly structured nature of the front of the cusions makes the bottom of the front panel push out and down after someone has been sitting.

Overall extremely happy w/product. My only (very small) constructive comment is that the couch in the show room had much softer cushions. Of course, it's b/c a lot of people have sat on them. I'm confident that mine will soften up a bit w/use, so no biggie.
Service and delivery comments:
R&B delivery is out-of-this-world good. Items are manufactured when they say they will be. The delivery team calls when they say they will. The delivery windows are reasonable (2 hrs. vs. 4 hrs. for most other services), and they come on time, w/a smile, and lots of patience to help you place your item exactlyl where you want it.
