Customer comments about Altus 52diam Ceiling Fan:
We love the look and function of this fan, but at the fastest speed it wobbles. Not sure if this is due to our installation or by design?

Customer comments about Altus 52diam Ceiling Fan:
This is a beautiful, contemporary ceiling fan that was easy to install. The wall mounted speed control works so much better than pulling a chain, and we like the ability to softly move the air for circulation or use a faster speed for cool down. We will likely buy a second fan for our bedroom.

Customer comments about Altus 52diam Ceiling Fan:
Simple and seems well made. Does not wobble. Quiet. I don't get excited about the look of ceiling fans, I just like the utility. This is my favorite fan so far since it doesn't call attention to itself. The 4 speed wall mount is very nice too.

Q:
How tall of ceilings do I need to have in order to install this fan?Asked on 5/6/2013 by Schames1 answer
DESIGN ASSOCIATE
A:
Our ceiling fans will work at standard ceiling height. What you are seeing in the image is the extension post for higher ceilings but the fixture can be mounted with or without this. The fan fixture is about 12"h and with the extension it is 24"h. Do you have a fan currently? If not, see what you think about the 12" height of the fixture in your space.Answered on 5/7/2013 by Design Associate from Room & Board
