Wow. We were looking for a sofa for a year and finally settled on the Reese. It not only had the retro look we were looking for but also the highest legs leaving room for our vent system. We did customise the fabric to a colour and feel that we liked a bit better than the regular selection so the price did go up substantially. We could not be happier. It was delivered within the 5-7 week time frame and makes the entire room FEEL different. It's the perfect fit to the house and us.

I've had this sofa for about 3 years now. I use it as an occaisonal couch...but I took a nap on it today and I was struck by how much I like it. The cushions are firm (maybe not good for someone who's looking for sink-in-and-watch-TV) and they've held up really well. In addition, the fabric/fabric treatment has been incredibly resistant to sun fading. I have it in a bright room where everything else looks worse for wear, and it still looks as good as new. People frequently complement me on the color (spice). I'd buy this couch again in a heartbeat.

We bought the sofa for our photography studio to host clients. It is the perfect centerpiece in the room. We love the quality of construction. You can tell it is very well-made. It's not light, very durable. The cushions don't have much give so if you are expecting a sofa with cushions that conform to your body, this is not it. However, it keeps it's shape very well.

I love the way this sofa looks. LOVE it. Unfortunately it's just not that comfortable. I even sat on the store model for half an hour, hoping to make sure it would be good for lounging. But it is hard as a rock, and my back starts to hurt about halfway into a movie.
Also, the buttons are going to drive me crazy. When I move around and shift position, they are hard on my bum, elbows, shoulders, anything that comes in contact. And they do get caught on my clothes -- I've already had to push one back into the cushion after it stayed popped out after it got hung on my jeans.
I'm hoping it breaks in a little and gets a bit softer, but I do anticipate losing a button or two in the future.
The fabric (dark, navy blue) also seems to show every piece of lint that enters my house.

This couch looks wonderful and is comfortable and sleek without feeling too cold or modern. However, the cushions are very firm so if you want something you can fall into this is not the one for you. It's firm and I think with nice cushy/comfy accent pillows I'm very happy with the purchase. I also really love the material, it's soft while also having a tailored look and feel.
