The Andre chair is used in a sitting area of my living room. Its modern style is very refreshing and sophisticated, goes well with other furniture pieces in the room. A quality of the chair is outstanding. What I enjoy the most is the color of fabric: the color is homey and natural. It would be hard to find a color the Teton Pewter would not coordinate with. I was looking for a chair of right color for so long! I am happy I finally found what I was looking for in the Room & Board.

We've had this chair for 5 years, and this is the chair my wife and I always find ourselves sitting in. In fact, just this morning she said that I was hogging the chair. It's that comfortable.
It also is quite wide, which is nice so you can throw a bunch of pillows on it. We customized the fabric with a light Tivoli, and the subtle horizontal fabric really goes well with the chair. It still doesn't have any spots or stains so we've been happy that a light fabric has held up so well.
I just wish we would have bought two of them.

I picked this chair first because it was perfect, then we purchased the matching couch. It accomodates me, a pillow, a cat and a big book. It's the best for reading and lounging. Comfy but not too soft, with a flat arm to rest a book or cup of tea.

The chair is placed in a large living room, in front of a formal fireplace, aside an L-Shape couch. Beautiful piece of furniture. Clean lines, great color, solid construction. I have two little kids that always climb on it, so hopefully it will last! The only slightly negative is there appears a few tiny instances of seam puckering. (only I notice.)

My husband and I have been searching for a chair to fit our living room in one final outstanding place... and this Andre chair was finally the one! The large chair can fit two, is wonderful for conversation and the soft velvet fabric plus modern design is the perfect combination. We get more compliments on this chair than any other piece in the house. I would recommend it to anyone who loves comfortable, but beautiful modern pieces.

The Andre is only available with the wood base. Did you see the Sabine collection? Sabine has similar tufting details with a stainless steel base. Vela and Jackson also have the stainless steel base and then Lira and Zinc have a metal frame.
