Customer comments about Chelsea 120" Sofa with Left-Arm Chaise:
The stock material might seem course when you first feel it - it is actually great on this couch. It feels durable, looks sleek...and yet is actually very comfortable. Love the color with the benjamin moore gray (i think it is called shale) that they used in the room & board store - we copied it in our apartment!

Customer comments about Chelsea 120" Sofa with Left-Arm Chaise:
This couch is so "tidy" looking - no slouchy cushions to beat back into place. Very durable fabric for spills and pets. Fabric does loosen and ripple a bit from people sitting on it but not to a critical degree.

Customer comments about Chelsea 120" Sofa with Left-Arm Chaise:
We are a young couple with a baby on the way. We searched high and low for the perfect living room couch and really loved this one. It looks fantastic in our home, but after just TWO days the fabric on the main bench cushion (not the chaise) wrinkled horribly. It drives me nuts. I'm constantly trying to smooth it out, but to no avail. We read in other posts that this could happen, but it seemed like it was a rare occurrence. Be forewarned: it's not. I was really disappointed. Other than that, I would recommend this couch. It's spacious and super comfy. But, please Room and Board, do something about that fabric flaw!!!

Customer comments about Chelsea 120" Sofa with Right-Arm Chaise:
This is my primary couch in my living room. As with others I've already had the fabric wrinkling up in the sitting area so that it looks ribbed. It's getting more and more difficult to smooth them out. Otherwise it looks wonderful, always get comments on it when people come over. It's comfortable but could stand to be just a touch deeper if you're tall (I'm 6'3"). The chaise on the side is great for stretching out and relaxing.
Service and delivery comments:
The customer service I received on my purchase was by far the best experience I've ever had with any business. My initial couch had a manufacturing defect and didn't line up quite right on the top. [@], my customer service representative, went way above my expectations in getting a new one shipped out to me promptly. The delivery service itself could've been better. They showed up late the first time (which was addressed by [@], the second time they showed up on time but the pieces didn't line up quite right, this time in the front to back plane. They told me that was as close as they could get it. I didn't really feel like being without a couch for a couple more weeks so I looked it over and it looked easy enough to fix and told them I'd just keep it. Once they left I turned the pieces over and moved the interlocking mechanism myself with a couple new holes drilled. It was easy enough to fix and could've been done by the installers, but they didn't seem interested in doing it. So overall the customer service is truly wonderful but the product itself and the delivery leaves a little to be desired.

Customer comments about Chelsea 120" Sofa with Right-Arm Chaise:
I bought this sofa in the spring of 2009. I'm not sure when it started happening, but the fabric started to stretch and look saggy after a year. Every time time I sat down, I had to push the fabric back to smooth out the creases. I called Room and Board's customer service. I spoke with the most polite, kind, helpful person ever. (Thank you [@]!) She said for the fabric to wrinkle like that after a year was not normal. I had pictures I emailed her that were identical to "MattRyder"'s of NYC. She sent a furniture repair company to my apartment, who stretch the fabric and made the sofa look as brand new as the day it was delivered. Anyone with this problem, maybe if you call customer service and they will help too. Hopefully if they get enough complaints, they may work out the kinks in the Chelsea that make the fabric sag.... if it's possible. Thanks!!!!

Customer comments about Chelsea 120" Sofa with Right-Arm Chaise:
It took me awhile to choose a new sectional for my living room. My home is a midcentury ranch and many of the sectionals were either too large, unattractive or poorly made. I am thrilled with my choice of the Chelsea sectional in Trip Mink fabric. It is stylish, but also comfortable. I plan on pairing this piece with a Lind cocktail ottoman, also from Room&Board.

Customer comments about Chelsea 120" Sofa with Right-Arm Chaise:
We are in love with this sofa. It's very comfortable and looks absolutely amazing. It fits perfectly in our living room. It's large enough so that my husband and I can be both laying down comfortably at the same time on different ends.. and wide enough if we want to cuddle :) We got the light-grey color in stock which was easy to match with the rest of our furniture[...]). The design is slick and modern. The quality of the fabric seems excellent. The wide top allows you to easily put things on top, such as magazines/books you are reading, Ipads or other eletronics, even a tray or a laptop!
