Terrific and comfortable chair. We purchased in leather. The price gave us pause, and was part of the reason we took several months to decide to do it (we were not in a hurry). But we decided it would be a timeless piece to stay with us for a long time, and really wanted to do something very nice for our living room. We are glad we did it - it is a handsome yet comfortable chair that even our 6 year old loves. And the chair's slim lines fit well in our small house. We feared the leather would be "slippery" and make it hard to stay seated, but just a try-out in the store convinced us otherwise, and it has remained true in our house. A very nice purchase.

These chairs are great, thing is I had meant to order the recliners. Before the delivery guys even left the house Room & Board had arranged the exchange and offered to leave the chairs until the new ones arrived. We wanted the recliners as it's a small space near the TV and there isn't enough room for a couch to lounge. We wanted a recliner that was a low profile, to not block TV viewing, and something that was sleek, low profile. This looks NOTHING like my father's chunky recliner. Great chairs. And for us, even better recliners.
Service and delivery comments:
We were well informed through out the process. All dates were met and everyone was really polite. I was the one that created an issue. I ordered two chairs - not the recliner version of the chair. Literally, before the delivery guys left, they arranged an exchange and I had a call from Room & Board. I could have lived with the chairs, but you sprang into action and helped me out. I would have always pined for the recliners.
