We use this sofa in our home office/guest bedroom so it is not our primary couch. Our guests were very happy with the comfort of the mattress and it was easy enough for them to adjust how firm they wanted the mattress to be. The sofa itself isn't exactly our style but the price was right!

I really love this couch! I chose the 73 inch sleeper couch and it's just the right size for my small guest bedroom. The inflatable mattress is very comfortable, and almost feels like a water bed, and when deflated takes up less room which I prefer. The dark grey/brown in-stock color is a lovely neutral color and goes with everything. I am looking for a couple of bright color throw pillows. I love the couch and highly recommend. Delivery was quick, convenient and professional. The movers set it up and gave me instructions how to inflate and deflate the mattress. The couch really looks great in the room and the size I purchased is perfect for my room.

We got this sofa for our guest bedroom but we were not able to fit it through the door because of the shape of our hallway. Fortunately, it looks great in our living room. The sofa is comfortable and looks very nice and classic in our living room. Our guests reported that the blow-up mattress was very comfortable--much more so than regular guest beds. It seems very solid and durable, not flimsy like a lot of sleeper sofas.

I am using this in a vacation rental condo at a ski resort that was renovated with a modern style. I needed a durable sofa sleeper that would appeal to many guests and would be comfortable. The proportions are nice for a smaller scale room and the charcoal fabric went well with the patterned fabric the associate helped me select for the Cole chairs. One thing that could be better is how the cushions line up after the bed is folded back up. I thought it was just mine, but all of the showroom models had the same look. The cushions are slightly puffy and they don't line up perfectly. A sloppy guest spilled something on the sofa. I was able to wipe it right up with a microfiber cloth and it left no trace.

Service and delivery comments:
The delivery was very prompt. Our home's lay out required the delivery crew to maneuver around some very tight corners. They were persistent and really went the extra mile. I thought the sofa would have to be returned, but they kept trying and finally got it in the room with no damage. If we move the sofa may have to stay.

This was by far the best deal we found on a queen sleeper sofa. The construction feels sturdy - the cushions are firm. Clean, simple design that puts the focus on the art in the room.
The air mattress is easy to inflate with the included pump, and guests reported it was very comfortable.
