I purchased this sofa almost 3 years ago and it has had daily use for many hours with a slipcover, and I still love it. Because of the slipcover, the fabric looks new. Our dogs jump up on it, but it still looks great. I love the walnut legs. It is not the bulky sofa you normally see.

In addition to being a great sofa, I think it is the service the Room and Board provides that makes this such a great value. The sales person was helpful and courteous. The sofa arrived ahead of schedule. The delivery crew was careful and gave me a chance to inspect the piece before signing off. I could not be happier (unless it were free!)

The couch has a great depth, needing no pillow behind your back. It's very long, so two people can lay comfortably. It's also cushy and comfortable. The only downside is the back cushions peel away from the back of the couch when you sit on it. The cushions somewhat curl around you and begin to lose their shape. We have to flip them every 2 weeks to keep them looking straight.

When this sofa arrived I was disappointed because it didn't seem comfortable. I then realized that it's FIRM and my old sofa wasn't. Since then this sofa has really grown on me. It's firm and comfortable to sleep on. The stock color matches everything (and delivered quick!). It fits my space nicely.
My only issues are the back cushions. Sometimes I want the sofa to feel deeper, so I pop the cushions off and put throw pillows on the back so I can stretch out. Other times I like the depth exactly and leave them on.
On the whole I am really happy with this sofa -- design, comfort -- and will see what happens when I have it longer. I've only had it for a month so I've had no problems with pilling or cushions losing their shape. We'll see in time.

I love the couch. I would recommend it. Looks great, sturdy. Wish it was a few inches longer so i could fuly spread out (I'm 6'1"). Color is handsome. delivered in 8 days!

I havent sat down on this sofa much, but when I do its pretty comfortable and firm. I was a little bummed that there was a flaw in the weave on one of the cushions when I received it, considering the price. I flipped the cushion over and let R&B know about it. Im pretty confident that they will take care of this if it becomes a issue.

The Casper sofa and ottoman are in our living room along with an awesome, accent Boden chair we purchased from R&B. Now that the seasons have changed we are not spending as much time outside, rather have brought our bodies in and are starting to enjoy our new furniture more. I really look forward to lounging on our sofa, with ottoman at my feet, reading a book by a blazing fire. The sofa is spacious, so spreading out is not an issue. These pieces are unique and stylish in design and work perfectly with the rest of my furniture which ranges from antique to contemporary, also it complements our artwork work includes non-representational to traditional still life. I'm not thrilled about the fabric, but not crying either.
Service and delivery comments:
What I probably liked best about the delivery service was that I had no worries about my daughter accepting the furniture that we purchased. I wasn't able to make the delivery time, but with the trustworthy and competent crew I knew there wouldn't be any issues and I'd be pleasantly surprised when I got home to see our new furniture in place.
