This couch is wonderful! My husband and I love the clean lines and how nice it looks in our space. When we first got the couch I was concerned as it was really hard at first, but after a month of sitting on it is as comfortable as we found it to be in the store. We searched for couches from many stores but R&B was the only place that suited our style. Definitely on the pricey side, but we hope to have this couch for many years.

I bought this couch about 2 years ago and it still looks and feels great. My cushions have held up very well, but I do flip and fluff them if they start to look flat (which is from my boyfriend sitting in the same spot). I do not have any pets or children, which I think helps maintain the quality of the fabric/cushions.

I live in an NYC 1-bdr apartment and spend a lot of the time on the couch (yes I am a semi-couch potato). This couch has good sturdy, firm cushion so that when I sit on it, I don't get the "sinked-in" feeling. I fell asleep on it many nights without waking up with a bad back. It is also the perfect size for 2 people so that my girlfriend and I each have enough room to lie down on the couch.

This is a great overall mid-century design and comfortable couch. Note that the custom fabrics can add weeks [...] (worth the wait, but just be aware). My sectional arrived and there was an issue getting the legs to screw in; kind of a bummer. Luckily, R&B handled the situation promptly and had the sectional in working order within a couple days. Overall, we love the sectional. Owners tip: flip the back cushions around every 30 days or so. I've seen some folks complain that the cusions become lop-sided, but if you just rotate them it's not an issue. The fabric does pill a little too, but that's easily taken care of as well.

I just wanted to expand on my comment about flipping the cushions around. In order to keep the couch looking like new, I just flip and rotate the cushions and the couch seems to hold its shape.
Service and delivery comments:
Delivery was prompt (on the early side of the delivery window) and arrived packed in mover's blankets all the way up to the apartment. The delivery crew was very professional and was careful not to damage other things in the apartment.

How do I know if the right arm chaise has the chaise on the right side when you sit on it or the right side when looking at it?
