It was wonderful dealing with Room And Board! When the recliner came I wasn't able to properly close it because the foot rest hit the floor. I e-mailed R&B and received a fast reply..They said they would replace it, no problem. It took about 3 weeks for the replacement but it was worth it...I love the chair. Got the black leather with charcoal legs.

Love the look/feel and function of this chair but it still smells really bad! It is unpleasant to use. I don't know how long will it take before this leather odor subsides. I have other new leather pieces by other manufacturers and they don't smell like this!
