The ottoman is a great size (42"- huge!). It's big enough that our seven year old lays on it on his belly to watch a movie. We put our feet up on it, the kids lay or sit on it and it has so far kept it's shape and the fabric rebounds fine. It's light enough and very mobile-- can easily be moved by our son when it needs to be out of the way to make room for playing kinect. Nothing has been spilled on it so far, so I can't comment on staining or washability.

This ottoman is impractical for any surface other than a rug.
We used it for 2 years on carpet before moving to a new apartment with gorgeous, original 1927 oak floors, and are stunned after 2 months to notice all the gouges and tracks the ottoman has left in the (otherwise very tough) floor.
The problem is the caster choice: 1.5" diameter ball casters, which have a 'contact patch' of only about 1/4", thus putting a ton of load into the floor wherever they touch (think spike heels).
We've spent close to $20k at RnB over the past 5 years and this is not the first quality/design oversight we've come across, but it is by far the most painful to endure.

This ottoman is extremely well made and attractive. It is very firm, so people can sit on it and it can hold trays or magazines.
The casters(wheels) on the bottom are great for rolling the ottoman around, but I added floor protectors underneath the wheels so that the wheels, which are very hard, would not dent my wood floor.

This is just the ottoman I was looking for...simple, sleek, sturdy, a nice accent to the room but really needed as a foot stool. It moves around very easily which is great. I would highly recommend ordering a fabric sample. I didn't, and the color is not exactly what I was looking for. But I only have myself to blame!

The perfect addition to my store, I've gotten several compliments on these ottomans. They were a bit short for what I wanted, but all I had to do was remove the castors and add 2x4 blocks around the circumference. Doing that added the perfect amount of height, making them 18"tall. They are durable and I feel they will last a very long time.

We have a daughter who is just learning to crawl/walk and the ottoman is perfect because it is sturdy enough for her to lean on yet can be slid out of the way for extra play space. It's a perfect coffee table because of the round edges and cushy/soft exterior. Just what we were looking for.

Whoever put wheels on this ottoman is a genius. Perfect mobility for all surfaces. Great height for feet, food and drinks. Wouldn't recommend for primary serving serface. Fabric seems quite durable, but time will tell. Great product.

Delivery of our ottoman was exactly as expected. Curteous and professional. The ottoman was in perfect condition. It is a perfect addition to any decor, other than a super-formal one. Whoever decided to put wheels under it was a genius. It rolls without binding over any surface. So much easier when moving it around not to have to carry it. The fabric seems indestructible. Time will tell with that. But bravo on such a useful and tasteful product.
