I love this chair. It's beautifully made and exactly the shape and color I wanted. It's considerably smaller than the chair I replaced, and in hindsight I maybe should have gone with the larger chair in the same shape, but it seemed SO big. Something in between would be good. My only issue with the chair is that the seat cushion does not sit straight. It is always crooked and I have to straighten it. Perhaps after it loosens up a little it will settle into sitting straighter on the chair frame.
Service and delivery comments:
The drivers arrived well within their allotted window, yet were extremely apologetic about being "late." That was nice. It was nice that the drivers were dressed in branded apparel in a branded truck, drivers and truck exceptionally clean and polite.
