We are happy with the sectional. Cushion is holding its shape but we have only had it a month. The charcoal color we chose is true and we are really happy with it.

I use this couch in my living room for, what else, watching tv. So far I've had a great time loafing on it. The seats feel a tad bit overstuffed, but nothing too terrible. I'm confident they'll break in nicely. The color is great, and the material is nice too.
As a 6' male, the chaise is a bit short for me when flopped out, but some maneuvering on the couch fixes that typically. The connection points between the sectional however isn't as tight as I'd like it to be. I can definitely make the pieces move independently from each other instead of having the feeling that it's one combined unit.
Overall this is a great couch with some minor flaws that prevent me from giving it a full rating.

This couch is fabulous.! I have grey & yellow throws/pillows which looks great. I wish the chaise was a bit longer but I'm 6' tall. Regardless, I'm really happy with this purchase.

We placed two of these mirroring each other in our 15' x 22' living room. End tables, and long framed pictures compliment the room, with a corner TV. No center table in between to leave open space for kids and pets to play. The angles compliment each other perfectly. These sofas provide a wonderful amount of seating, and are so comfortable to lounge around on a Sunday evening that it can be hard to keep your eyes open. Would highly recommend this item... and definitely get it in microfiber fabric!

Completely satisfied with the Metro Sofa. Chaise is large enough for two people to stretch out and enjoy. We have two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels and they can lay next to us. Fabric feels like suede without the marks. Only disadvantage is once you sit, sometimes you don't want to get up.
Service and delivery comments:
The delivery team was awesome. They called to say they were running ahead of schedule and would it be okay to come early. Once they got to our house, the heavens opened and it poured rain. They were extremely patience and waited in the truck to avoid getting the sofa wet. Great experience.
